Launchfast license

This license applies to everyone who has bought Launchfast ("you"). By using the code, you agree to it.

What you can do

Use it for unlimited projects. Build as many websites, apps and products as you like, for yourself or for clients, free or paid.
Change it however you want. Modify, extend and rewrite any part of the code inside your projects.
Ship it inside your products. Your finished products can include the code, and you can sell or license those products.
Work with your team. People working on your projects with you may see and change the code for those projects.

Resell or give away Launchfast itself. You can't sell, share, publish or give away the code, on its own or with small changes, as a boilerplate, starter kit, template, course material or anything else whose main value is the code itself.
Make it public. Don't put the code in a public repository or anywhere it can be freely downloaded. Products built with it that people use, rather than download as source, are fine.
Share your access. Repository access is for the person who bought it. Each person or company that uses Launchfast needs their own purchase, except for teammates working on your projects.

Updates. Your purchase includes all future updates, delivered through the private repository.
Ownership. We keep ownership of Launchfast. You own what you build with it.
Third party code. Launchfast uses open source packages such as Next.js, Better Auth, Drizzle and shadcn/ui. Those are covered by their own licenses.
Ending the license. If you break these terms, your license ends and your repository access may be removed.
No warranty. Launchfast is provided as is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any damages from using it.
